Very professional and helpful

I have brought my 2022 Silverado for service at Grays several times and they did a great job. Everything I asked them to check has been done in a professional manor. I would not bring my truck to any other dealership

Everything about this dealership was absolutely amazing. When we first arrived a salesperson wasn’t available so we checked out a few interiors with the woman at the front desk who was extremely friendly and helpful. After deciding we liked one car in particular, the salesperson Bobby was patient, friendly, and informative about the features of the vehicle. We are very glad we walked into Gray Chevrolet on Saturday as other Chevrolet dealerships did not have the kind and patient staff that Gray’s does!

Visit OK until the end. My appt was for 9:00AM for PA State inspection on my 2023 Bolt EV. At 10:25AM, Service Advisor said EV passed State Insp but tires were 4/32"; did I want to replace tires? I said NO. It took another 30 minutes for the tech to finish the paperwork and bring the car out of the shop. WAY too long. Should take no more than 5-10 minutes to get EV out of the shop after refusing tire replacement.

Mr. Roger was on top of things as usual.

I always have great service when I visit. Frustrating that my car has needed so many repairs but the team takes good care of us. Wish you had more incentives or discounts for folks like me.

I purchased a 2026 Silverado 2500 on Feb 27 from Jason Kerr and Bobby Balmoos. They were both extremely helpful, found exactly what I wanted, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend working with them!

Not good over priced

Today service was fast a little expensive if I could have purchased at AutoZone they would have I not been a charge for installation.And the price would have been 30%less.If you wonder why service is dropping off .we the customer are looking to save money.

I had no problems with scheduling for service plenty of times were available. I haven't been able to get in the GM dealership where I bought the vehicle for at least 1 year.

The engine of the car died, with 45k miles on it, serviced at the dealership every time the dealership recommended. Gray did give us a nice new loaner, not big enough for our family of 6, but we understand, it was fair. When the job was done my wife picked it up. We had been charged for a battery, which should have been part of the warranty. Batteries die after sitting for 45 days waiting for a new engine. Regardless, when she left within miles the check engine light came right back on. Did they not drive the car after installing a new engine? The car shakes at idle. We brought back to our local dealership for more testing and parts, and that is where it remains as of now.

I made an appointment for 8:30 oil change and tire rotation, they didn’t take my truck in until 9:40. Desk person was grumpy. Also when truck was finished I discovered they did not rotate my tires since I had marked them. When I pointed that out they just took it back in, no apologies, and I waited again until it was finally done. Very underhanded practice. This is the 2nd time it has taken more than 3 hours for simple service and will never be back.

Roger is a great and extremely experienced working at the service desk for Chevrolet dealer.

It takes a little bit longer but everything is good.

Our appointment was 9:30-10:00. Got there early (9:05) for 4 new tires and oil change. We were taken right away. We were out before 11:30. We have never had a problem that's why we go back to then dealer.

Great dealer to deal with take good care of there customers

I am not satisfied with the service done to My 2018 Chevy Cruze . I brought my car in to get serviced for the 1st time being fully aware of the issue of my car beforehand. The part I needed cost $40 the rest of my bill was labor which I was charged near $600 for an hour wait to fix my car my final bill was $650 the next day my check engine light came back on the dashboard I didn't expect that to happen so soon after my car was so called certified serviced at the dealership. I am very disappointed I feel I was overcharged for such a small job which wound up putting me in the same situation at which I brought my car in 👎

I can not thank the Gray Chevrolet Team enough for the excellent service we received when we experienced car problems on our way from Lancaster, PA to East Stroudsburg to attend my daughter’s swim meet at the college. We googled auto shops in the area and lucky for us it took us to Gray. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were very fortunate to find such an accommodating service department. The gentlemen working that day were very helpful and I felt confident leaving my car there to be repaired. I can not thank Roger in service enough he kept me informed when the part arrived and when it was repaired. I also wanted to thank the very kind customer service representative who took the time to walk back to let the service team know that my daughter would be picking up my car after hours and helped make the arrangements. My experience with the entire Gray team was excellent and thank you!

The dealership did great with correcting the issue with my Malibu. The price for service to my car was really high. I know the people working on the car are lucky if they see half of the cost they charge for service.

Service Department is always pleasant, waiting room is comfy and clean and any questions I have are always answered.

Very happy with my service. I was traveling through PA and had an issue with my Chevy. Went online, made an appt., showed up next day and was take care of quickly. My car was finished same day, zero issues, very happy.

The service seems to be proper but I cant help but feel they are price gouging. I pay almost half their prices at a Chevy dealer 30 miles away. We wanted a closer dealer but it seems every time we go, the prices are extreme from mounting and balancing winter/snow tires to a used car inspection to an oil change. Everything is almost double priced from other dealers. We are going back to our old dealer 30miles away.

My vehicle has ALWAYS been serviced in Chevrolet. My most recent experience has caused me to walk away and vow never to go back again! Apart from issues that I had with the vehicle when i first went in on 7/1/2026, I paid close to $800 for misfire issues. I left with vehicle on 7/2 'supposedly' repaired, and no sooner than I left to go home, it misfired again! I went right back, same day, and was told to leave the car overnight for continued checks. I left the car, went back 7/3, spent a whole day waiting (needless to say they never got to the car that day, and subsequently, the car was left for ONE WHOLE WEEK, causing me a cancellation of my vacation). Upon returning back on 7/15/2026, I am being charged an additional $265 for 'diagnostics'; to determine the cause of misfire. WHY WAS THIS NOT THE ORIGINAL COURSE OF ACTION,.? Apart from this MAJOR inconvenience and additional expense, the technician was ultimately very rude and inflammatory to both myself and my wife. I am so sorry because I have had a relationship with this guy for over a couple of years. We were going to go ahead and purchase a vehicle if indeed the initial diagnostic had come back as 'engine' trouble, as the technician alluded to once we were there. I shook the dust off my feet, and went and purchased a NEW 2026 vehicle, hassle free at a nearby dealership. Your loss my gain!

Was simple and quick to schedule a service appointment via website. Service Reps and Parts department were knowledgeable and friendly. Fair price for services performed.

The process was smooth. Anne was cordial, attentive, caring and as helpful as she could be with limited knowledge of the new Bolt. Your sales staff needs to know more about the new Chevy Bolt 2027 if your going to continue to sell them. I learned 99% of what I needed to know about the vehicle through my own research. Financing process was simple and seamless. One problematic glitch was the final inspection before I took possession failed to realize the J1772 to NACS adapter for charging the vehicle was not in the vehicle. This is very important. I'm able to recharge the vehicle slowly at my house but most commercial stations near me do not have the NACS plug. The NACS plug is not as widespread as the J1772 quite yet. Luckily I'm only going back and forth to work but if I was on a trip I might have had a problem. Anne did rectify the problem immediately. This is not a complaint. It's information to help you with this amazing vehicle going forward.

They keep my car for 5 day to check a check engine light. After that they want to charge me 1500 to fixed... i say no is to much I have my truck only for 3 months. And after that I have a problem. With my truck ... n top of that they want me to charge me 1500 to fixed... i say no n they stil charge me 250 for service they suck

I have a 2010 GMC Acadia that i had replaced the transmission i called Gray Chevrolet to set up an appointment.The transmission to be reprogrammed. I set up a date i had the car dropped off, It was done the same day!! The service writer was great i would definitely use Gray Chevrolet again!!

They rotated my tires but apparently didn’t check the door for the proper lbs to fill. Thus a warning signal came on my dash telling me that the tires need to be checked.

While the staff is always pleasant, I asked how long my service would take, came in at 7:30am and was the first customer. Waited almost 3 hours when I was told service would take 2 hours. I had to be in the city immediately after for work so the additional wait time impacted my experience. I would recommend because the work is solid but be prepared to wait

This was the second time visiting the dealership in three days. My husband and I needed assistance with our tires not retaining air pressure. The representative at Gray Chevrolet was a sweetheart. Though we did not have an appointment and we arrived during lunch hours, he immediately took our Traverse and submitted it for a thorough tire inspection. The mechanic found the problem, repaired our tires and we were back home in no time.
