Service is always good a Gray Chevrolet, However I brought my truck in for the recall L87 Engine Loss of Propulsion as well as 7500 mile maintenance. Maintenance was done perfectly as always . However the recall was not fulfilled do to them not having the proper equipment to do the engine inspection. I made my appt days in advance and it would have been nice to know that the recall couldn't have been done at this time. This means I need to bring my truck back again , which is a little bit of inconvenience for me as my time is important to me. Not sure if this is more of GM's fault or the dealer. However everyone at the service desk were professional as always and was told they will contact one the parts are in to do the recall engine inspection.

The appointment time was changed from 1030 am to 2 PM wasn't to happy about that but the staff was great

I requested a replacement rear wi do for my Colorado, from a fixed pane to a manual slider. I was advised that it was not possible. I find that very hard to believe, and questioned why. I was not provided with a reason at all, just that it can’t be done. That makes no sense to me, considering there are plenty of colorados like mine out there with sliding windows. I am not satisfied with the service dept’s response at all.

Awesome customer service

Brought my truck in because of the service 4WD alert coming up on my dash along with temperature spikes in my tempura gauge and got charged $115 for diagnostics. Drove my truck later on and the service 4WD alert came back on. Can’t get back in for service till the 15th of July. Hope no significant damage will occur till then.

Bad experience, no communication, booked a service appointment online and when I get there they told me there was nobody available to look at my truck that day so the online appointment was a waste of time, nobody called me to give me updates and I tried calling service 20 different times and nobody will pick up and he phone I had to drive to the dealer and ask in person to get updates, not a good experience at all.

Service advisor Roger was knowledgeable and very accommodating in that my appointment was later in the day and he took me in early

Visit OK until the end. My appt was for 9:00AM for PA State inspection on my 2023 Bolt EV. At 10:25AM, Service Advisor said EV passed State Insp but tires were 4/32"; did I want to replace tires? I said NO. It took another 30 minutes for the tech to finish the paperwork and bring the car out of the shop. WAY too long. Should take no more than 5-10 minutes to get EV out of the shop after refusing tire replacement.

Everyone was nice

Our appointment was 9:30-10:00. Got there early (9:05) for 4 new tires and oil change. We were taken right away. We were out before 11:30. We have never had a problem that's why we go back to then dealer.

The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure all the paperwork was filled put correctly and that I had the receipts I needed.

The Price for my service was outrageous $185. Ouch.

They got me in and out in about 30 minutes on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation

Everything about this dealership was absolutely amazing. When we first arrived a salesperson wasn’t available so we checked out a few interiors with the woman at the front desk who was extremely friendly and helpful. After deciding we liked one car in particular, the salesperson Bobby was patient, friendly, and informative about the features of the vehicle. We are very glad we walked into Gray Chevrolet on Saturday as other Chevrolet dealerships did not have the kind and patient staff that Gray’s does!

Today service was fast a little expensive if I could have purchased at AutoZone they would have I not been a charge for installation.And the price would have been 30%less.If you wonder why service is dropping off .we the customer are looking to save money.

I had no problems with scheduling for service plenty of times were available. I haven't been able to get in the GM dealership where I bought the vehicle for at least 1 year.

I can not thank the Gray Chevrolet Team enough for the excellent service we received when we experienced car problems on our way from Lancaster, PA to East Stroudsburg to attend my daughter’s swim meet at the college. We googled auto shops in the area and lucky for us it took us to Gray. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were very fortunate to find such an accommodating service department. The gentlemen working that day were very helpful and I felt confident leaving my car there to be repaired. I can not thank Roger in service enough he kept me informed when the part arrived and when it was repaired. I also wanted to thank the very kind customer service representative who took the time to walk back to let the service team know that my daughter would be picking up my car after hours and helped make the arrangements. My experience with the entire Gray team was excellent and thank you!

The sales man was not pushy but actually helped me purchase a new vehicle that I am enjoying. He helped me obtain where I wanted my payments to be.

Friendly workers, comfortable waiting area!

While the staff is always pleasant, I asked how long my service would take, came in at 7:30am and was the first customer. Waited almost 3 hours when I was told service would take 2 hours. I had to be in the city immediately after for work so the additional wait time impacted my experience. I would recommend because the work is solid but be prepared to wait

The engine of the car died, with 45k miles on it, serviced at the dealership every time the dealership recommended. Gray did give us a nice new loaner, not big enough for our family of 6, but we understand, it was fair. When the job was done my wife picked it up. We had been charged for a battery, which should have been part of the warranty. Batteries die after sitting for 45 days waiting for a new engine. Regardless, when she left within miles the check engine light came right back on. Did they not drive the car after installing a new engine? The car shakes at idle. We brought back to our local dealership for more testing and parts, and that is where it remains as of now.

I made an appointment for 8:30 oil change and tire rotation, they didn’t take my truck in until 9:40. Desk person was grumpy. Also when truck was finished I discovered they did not rotate my tires since I had marked them. When I pointed that out they just took it back in, no apologies, and I waited again until it was finally done. Very underhanded practice. This is the 2nd time it has taken more than 3 hours for simple service and will never be back.

Roger is a great and extremely experienced working at the service desk for Chevrolet dealer.

I am not satisfied with the service done to My 2018 Chevy Cruze . I brought my car in to get serviced for the 1st time being fully aware of the issue of my car beforehand. The part I needed cost $40 the rest of my bill was labor which I was charged near $600 for an hour wait to fix my car my final bill was $650 the next day my check engine light came back on the dashboard I didn't expect that to happen so soon after my car was so called certified serviced at the dealership. I am very disappointed I feel I was overcharged for such a small job which wound up putting me in the same situation at which I brought my car in 👎
